Acceptance of These Terms

By enrolling in a MegaHolidayDiscount membership, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms, together with the terms included in any materials provided to you at enrolment, make up the entire agreement for your membership. No other representations, promises, or verbal agreements apply. MegaHolidayDiscount reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at its discretion; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Membership Benefits

As a paying member, you have access to the consumer benefits described in your membership materials and on this website. Some benefits may not be available in your area, and we may add, change, or discontinue benefits without notice.

Membership benefits may be used only by you and your immediate family. “Immediate family” means the membership owner, their partner, and children living at the membership owner’s residence who are of legal age in their state or province. Benefits may not be resold.

If your enrolment includes a free gift, you are limited to one gift per membership program, and depending on the gift you may be required to be an active paying member at the time your gift claim is processed.

Members also receive exclusive promotions on selected deals that are not listed on the main site. For any questions about membership privileges, contact our Member Support Department.

All retailer names, trademarks, logos, and designs are the property of their respective retailers, are protected by copyright law, and are shown as examples only. MegaHolidayDiscount is not an agent or representative of, and is not affiliated with, those retailers.

Membership Fees

By enrolling you agree to become a monthly paying member in return for access to the applicable consumer benefits. Membership fees vary — please review the membership materials sent to you for your fee. Should you wish to continue your membership, the applicable full month membership fee offered at enrolment will be billed to your account, and every month thereafter, unless you cancel by calling Member Support toll-free at 1-844-302-5915 or emailing support@megaholidaydiscount.com.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time to avoid being charged your next monthly fee. Cancellations are processed when you contact us by phone or email: toll-free 1-844-302-5915 or support@megaholidaydiscount.com. Your cancellation instructions and next billing date are in the welcome letter or email you received at enrolment. We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time with notice by email or letter.

Membership Refund Policy

Any new or active member who has been billed in error, whose charges were not authorized by the cardholder, or who did not agree to these membership terms will receive an unconditional refund. To request a refund, contact us by phone or email (toll-free 1-844-302-5915 or support@megaholidaydiscount.com) and allow our compliance department the time needed to review the recorded enrolment call for the membership. Please allow up to 30 days for processing and for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of the site’s owner, its content suppliers, or third parties, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of the site’s owner or its software suppliers and is protected by the same laws. Retailer names and logos are the sole property of those retailers and are used as examples only; MegaHolidayDiscount is not an agent or representative of, and is not affiliated with, those retailers.

Member Information

We keep the membership information you provide at enrolment. It is collected and maintained to operate the membership programs — including creating your membership account, developing future programs and benefits, and recording and maintaining your account and billing information. Your information may be used by our staff and service agents, and you agree we may share your personal and account details with them for these purposes.
